Lena Chhay (she/they) brings 10+ years of community organizing and organization consulting experience to CORE. She is a certified Project Management Professional™ and Change Management Practitioner™. Their core competencies include strategic planning, process improvement, change management, people mobilization, workshop facilitation, and project management. She has served as a leader for DEI strategy within corporate environments, consultant for national retailers, professional services firms and non-profits, and organizer for a state-wide political campaign. She graduated from the University of Denver with a B.A. in Political Science and an M.B.A. in Management from the Daniels College of Business.
